My entire teaching career has been here at Cleveland ISD. I began at the Eastside Campus and currently here at Southside. This year will complete my fifth year teaching. I teach Dual Language Language Arts, Writing and Social Studies.
Prior to teaching I was a Patient Access Specialist with MD Anderson Cancer Center. I had an array of responsibilities and one was educationg patients about their first visit to the hospital.
I am an avid reader and one of my goals is to instill the love of reading to my students. Some of my hobbies include singing, photography, hiking, going to concerts, reading, dancing, and the outdoors in general.
